Since the beginning of this century, Anton has been dedicated to systemic-phenomenological thinking and practice, which he learned from Bert Hellinger, Gunthard Weber, Jan Jacob Stam, and others. This approach has deeply influenced his work as a consultant and coach. His professional background lies in psychology and sociology. Between 2007 and 2020, he worked in collaboration with the Bert Hellinger Institute in the Netherlands, providing training and teaching systemic methods both in the Netherlands and abroad.

In close cooperation with Siebke Kaat, he translated constellation work into a ‘normal’ conversation within consulting and coaching processes. He has published books and articles on this subject. By offering trainings and workshops, he has helped to make the systemic-phenomenological approach more accessible and applicable.

In March 2021, Anton officially ended his teaching activities, but his passion for this work brought him back to continue sharing his experience and exceptional insights. Currently, he lectures only in Spain and Slovakia.
